Trip to Dallas 8-4-07

We decided to take one last mini vacation before the girls started school. We decided to go see my very pregnant sister in Dallas. On the way, we stopped in Shreveport to see my Grandpa and have lunch with him. Here is a picture of him with some of his great granddaughters.

We also got to see my Uncle Peter in Dallas. He has a bird named Chilie who loves to try to eat earrings!
Chilie also likes to sit on David's head.

This is David and I in front of my Uncle Peter's giant plasma TV. I figured we should get in a picture together since usually one of us is always taking the pics.

Golf anyone? Monica and Brandon were kind enough to let us all come out to Hackberry and hit golf balls on the driving range. Uncle Brandon, the resident golf pro there, tried to teach all go us how to improve our stroke! In the picture below, Brandon shows us the proper form.

Brandon teaches Katie how to swing the club.

Danielle gets ready to hit the ball.

David seems to know what he is doing!

Uncle Bran gives Elizabeth Lessons.

Being 9 months pregnant, Monica chose to sit this one out!

It looks like Elizabeth does not want any golf advice from David!

Monica and Elizabeth pose for a picture.

We all ate dinner at Hackberry Creek. Even Uncle B joined us!

Uncle Peter with Danni and Elizabeth.

All the nieces with Great Uncle Peter!

Monica, pregnant and happy! I know she is due on August 20th, but I was sooo hoping that she was going to have the baby early!!!

We had breakfast at Ozona's before we left town. Aunt Jane was able join us!

Monica poses with her lovely nieces.

We had such a good time in Dallas!
I have more pictures to post, and more posts to make, so be looking for updates soon!
