Spring Break 2008 - Fun at the Beach!

We woke up to this beautiful sunrise view from our condo! This picture does not even do it justice! Here is another sunrise pic!
We got down to the beach as quickly as possible to enjoy the sun! David is relaxing on the beach in this picture below.
The first thing the girls wanted to do was bury Elizabeth... ...and turn her in to a beautiful sand mermaid!

Our friends Hope and Justin and their daughter Ryan met up with us to go crabbing at dusk. The men take Ryan and start searching for crab.

All we saw was a beautiful sunset...

But it was worth it!

What a beautiful end to our day at the beach!

Spring Break 2008 - Fun at the Condo!

Although it was cold, the first thing the girls wanted to do when we checked in to the condo was go swimming. Here is a view of them in the hot tub from our balcony. Making funny faces for the camera.
We got to spend a lot of time with Cameron and Miki on our vacation. David and Cam posing in a picture showing some brotherly love.

The next day, we decide to go shopping in Destin... For those of you who know me... this is what I think about shopping!!! But the girls had a fantastic time, and we found a lot of clothes for them on sale.

It was pretty windy that day!

After a long day of shopping, David decides to take a relaxing bubble bath!

Spring Break 2008 - St. Patrick's Day

This year, we took a trip to Pensacola for Spring Break. We celebrated St. Patrick's Day while we were there. Here is a picture of David, enjoying the start of his vacation!We needed to take a vacation so we didn't all go crazy!
We decided to celebrate St. Paddy's at McGuire's Irish Pub. We had to wait a little, but it was such a beautiful day we did not mind!

Katie Soccer 2008

Soccer season is here again! Katie is playing with the Wildcats and Coach Massey again and she is really excited!But she is still crazy Katie!
Irene's mom brings the entire team matching bows for every game!

Coach Massey makes sure the girls warm up before every game. Here is a video of Katie's team performing one of their drills.

Katie is very excited about this year! Although she is only 8, she is playing U10! She also tried out for an advanced Division II team and made it! This is going to be a busy and wonderful soccer season!
